If - for any reason - you’d like to return the product you purchased from our online store and request a refund, please contact us within 14 days starting from the day you received the product.
Please fill out the form below, stating the reason why you want to return the product.
Please attach the original invoice.
We will contact you with an RMA form and the necessary information needed to return the product to us.
Once we received the product, it will be checked for damages and functionality.
If everything is functional, you will receive a refund of the price of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
