These Terms of Sale (“Terms”), together with any documents referred to in them, constitute a legal agreement between you and Unfolded Circle ApS (“Unfolded Circle”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Nordre Fasanvej 124A, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark, CVR 42589977.
The Unfolded Circle website is operated by Unfolded Circle ApS, where products (“Products”) may be purchased. By ordering any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

We cannot guarantee that all our Products will be in stock when you place the order. If we are unable to process you order, we will contact you to notify you that we are unable to fulfil the order.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. This does not mean we have accepted your order.
Your order constitutes an offer to buy Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We confirm acceptance by sending an Order Confirmation when the Products are dispatched. The contract is concluded at that moment.
We reserve the right to refuse orders.
We aim to deliver by the date stated in the Order Confirmation, or within 30 days if no specific date is provided.
If we fail to deliver within the agreed time, you may be entitled to cancel the contract in accordance with applicable consumer law.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right, you must inform us by submitting a return request or contacting us by email.
You must send back the goods within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of return.
The Products are at your risk from the day you receive them.
Prices include applicable VAT for deliveries within the EU. Import duties and taxes outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Payment must be received before processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for defective products, fraud, or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You accept that communication with us will be electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you information on the Unfolded Circle website. You agree to this electronic means of communication for contractual purposes, that all contracts, notices and other information we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Unfolded Circle will not be responsible for any delay or failure in any performance, due, without limitation to acts of God, war, warlike conditions, blockade, embargoes, riots, governmental restrictions, labor disturbances, unavailability of anticipated usual means of supplies, transportation or loading facilities, wrecks, epidemics, quarantine, fire, flood, earthquake, explosions, any unforeseen change in circumstances, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Consumers may also rely on mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence.
We may change these Terms from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.
If any portion of these Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such partial illegal or unenforceable portion shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
