While we strive for your satisfaction with our products, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. You may return any product for a refund within 14 days of receiving your online order.
To start a return, submit a return request through our website and obtain an RMA number.
Items sent without an RMA may be refused.
You must send back the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
Unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or legal claim, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
